I meet clients where they are at with a holistic, person-centered approach to counseling. Each client brings a unique combination of mind, body, emotions, culture, and experiences to counseling. I help clients navigate life challenges to reach their goals and achieve personal growth. Through collaboration and trust, I help clients build practical tools for resilience, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and healing. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where all clients feel welcome, respected, and heard.
As a former athlete and coach, I have a strong desire to work with current and former athletes. I understand the physical, mental, and emotional challenges and pressures that accompany participation in sport. My hope is to help all clients find the inner peace, empowerment, balance, and strength they need to improve overall wellness.
