    Before your appointment, we’ll attempt to verify your insurance coverage and obtain authorization. A quote of eligibility is not a guarantee of payment. The patient is responsible for any deductible, coinsurance, or out-of-pocket expenses not covered, due at the time services are rendered.

  • Absolutely! Please ask about rates when scheduling or visit the services page for current private pay rates.

  • Services are available for individuals in Indiana as well as participating PSYPACT states. You can check if your state participates here: PSYPACT Map.

  • A typical session lasts 45–50 minutes. The number of sessions varies by individual and their concerns. Many people feel some relief or hope after the first session and may see progress after 4–6 sessions.

  • The first appointment involves “get to know you” questions to gather background, understand your concerns, and start planning a direction for therapy.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to allow others to be seen.

    • Late cancellation (<48 hours): $125 fee

    • No-call/no-show: $210 fee
