Location:
Virtual, available nationwide. Strength coaching is not a state-licensed service, so clients in any state can work with Jason. In-person sessions in the Lafayette/West Lafayette area by request.
Approach:
College athletes get a coach who knows them, a plan built for their body, and someone checking that it works. Jason brings that same experience to you, whether you are chasing a scholarship, coming back from surgery or just want to feel strong again.
What to expect:
Start with a conversation. An initial consult covers your goals, history, schedule and any injuries.
Assess, don't guess. A movement screen and simple baseline tests show where you are today.
Get a plan built for you. Your program fits your goals, your equipment and the time you actually have.
Train with support. Virtual check-ins, video form review and direct messaging keep you on track.
Adjust as you progress. Your plan is updated as you get stronger, so you keep improving.
