I have a passion for working with athletes and want to help them feel safe to bring all facets of their identities into our time together. I believe feeling heard and understood as your true, authentic self, lays the groundwork for us to create positive changes in your life. I work to balance making space for individuals to share and process their experiences while also empowering them in making practical, tangible changes to their situation, thoughts, and reactions. My integrative approach to counseling is strength-based, skill-based, and collaborative, utilizing a variety of treatment modalities and techniques. My goal in working with individuals is to empower them to live their truth and to provide a safe space for them to explore who they are and who they want to become. I strive to create a trusting atmosphere where people can heal, express their authentic selves, and have the opportunity to improve the quality of their lives
