Approach:
In therapy, I take a biopsychosocial approach, looking at how your mind, body, and environment, all play a role in your overall well-being. Everyone’s experience is unique, so I work to understand your individual perspective and what feels most important to you. I often use tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you recognize patterns in your thinking, make meaningful changes, and feel more equipped to handle the ups and downs of daily life. There is no “one size fits all” in therapy and we will work together to figure out what works best for you!
Bio:
Born and raised in Ohio, I’m a Buckeye to my core. In my spare time, I enjoy crafting projects, binging reality TV, and walking my two dogs, Buckeye and Levon. I also enjoy traveling and consider myself a foodie!
