Approach:
In my work, I take an integrative approach, blending interpersonal, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral perspectives with an emphasis on collaboration, authenticity, and connection. I’m interested in helping clients understand patterns that influence how they relate to themselves and others, while developing practical tools to navigate challenges and create meaningful change. I believe therapy is most effective when tailored to the individual, so I aim to understand your world, your challenges, and your successes to support you in moving toward the life you want.
Bio:
Dr. Allison Blake is an Indiana native and a Boilermaker at heart. She has spent the last several years working at various university counseling centers and athletic departments including Ball State University, Butler University, and Arizona State University. In her free time she enjoys spending time exploring new places, reading, spending time with her family, and watching sports.
