Approach:

Aubrielle works from a trauma-informed, attachment-focused perspective, with an emphasis on creating a safe, steady, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. She helps clients make sense of how past experiences, relational dynamics, and nervous system responses continue to show up in their daily lives, especially during moments of stress, conflict, or emotional overwhelm.

Her approach integrates evidence-based and experiential modalities, including EMDR, parts-informed (IFS-informed) work, Brainspotting (beginning March 2026), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), Motivational Interviewing, Theraplay-informed interventions, and sand tray therapy. These tools are used flexibly and thoughtfully, always guided by the client’s needs, readiness, and sense of safety.

Sessions are both reflective and practical, blending insight with concrete skills to support emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and more secure relationships. Aubrielle values authenticity and consistency in the therapeutic relationship and works at a pace that feels respectful, supportive, and sustainable, with the goal of fostering meaningful and lasting change.
