Ronnie Hill Jr., has a variety of experiences in his training/practice and seeks to cater his therapeutic approach to the needs of his clients. The foundation of his work has focused on addressing mental health concerns in adults and adolescents through a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) lens, with the incorporation of acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) principles. Ronnie is expanding his work by bringing his personal experience as a former Division 1 athlete and clinical experience to fulfill his passion of working with athletes and other individuals in a mental health setting.
Ronnie earned both of his bachelor's degrees in psychology and classical studies from Purdue University in West Lafayette, where he was a member of the football team. He recently completed his master's degree in clinical psychological sciences at Purdue University as part of his PhD training.
Ronnie is a Hoosier native from Indianapolis. He currently is completing his PhD and clinical training in the doctoral clinical psychological sciences program at Purdue University. In his free time, Ronnie loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, exercising, and trying new things.
